Hey there,
I’ve had a rough time the past few days, getting all my energy zapped by covid and feeling a bit foggy the first day or so. While I may be ill, feeling “foggy” doesn’t only happen from sickness. You may be feeling a bit foggy about what you do next and struggling to focus. Take a step back. Sometimes, what we need isn’t more advice—it’s a quiet space alone with a journal and pen.
📖 This Week’s Read
A Week of Journaling to Clarify What’s Next

This 7-day practice isn’t about fixing your life. It’s about making space to hear yourself again. Whether you journal daily or just in the messy in-between, these prompts are here to help you pause, reflect, and gently reconnect.
🌿 Something to Ponder
You don’t need a five-year plan. Just a toe in the water.
📓 This Week’s Journal Prompt
If you want another one after reading the blog post:
“What values are quietly guiding your choices right now—even if you haven’t named them yet?”
🌬️ Breathe + Be
Wherever this note finds you today, may you feel just a little more anchored to yourself.
💌 Until Next Time
I hope you find the journaling prompts helpful. I’d love to talk more if you already journal and have tips to share on maintaining a practice. And, may this week’s newsletter find you in good health!
Warmly,
Albert
